After 2 years (or at any point during your subscription) you have the option to buy out your current Buzz device from your subscription agreement. To buy out your Buzz subscription device, you pay the initial full Buzz price less all subscription fees paid to date on your current device. If you request a Buzz replacement due to breakage/damage, etc., only payments from when you receive your most recent Buzz count toward the buy out cost. Of course, this does not include a Buzz replacement due to any defects in your original product that are covered by our warranty.
After your initial subscription period (24 months), you also have the option to upgrade to a new device at no additional cost. Your subscription will continue as normal with the same benefits from the first two year period but, you now move to month-to-month payments with no early termination fee.
If you upgrade to a new Buzz at the end of your initial two year subscription period and later decide to cancel your subscription, you can choose to buy out your new Buzz or return it with no termination fee.
